Disliked: room is becoming dated.The trash containers in the parking garage were filled to overflowing. elevator old and very slow.

Disliked: The elevator needs a serious upgrade and I can't climb stairs so when the elevator went down for an hour it was detrimental I had to climb three flights of stairs

A very comfortable stay in...

Liked: It was within walking distance of old St. Charles, but was on a quiet end of Main Street. The room was quiet and comfortable. Justin, the front desk representative, was welcoming and gave us a choice of floors. The cookies were a nice treat for my husband.
Disliked: As someone with celiacs disease, the breakfast selections are limited and it can be difficult to know what breakfast selections are gluten free and free of cross contamination. These are issues no matter where I stay, so it is more of a mention than a big complaint.
