Liked: The hotel was located within walking distance to the trolley pick up area and most of the attractions we were interested in. We also had a problem with the A/C the first night. Reported it the next morning and maintenance came up immediately. We asked for rooms close to each other as we had family with us. The hotel gave us rooms next to each other. Rooms were nice size with plenty of room for luggage.
Disliked: Hotel notified us upon check in that room would be serviced every third day. Which meant no trash taken out, no beds made, or fresh towels. To me, that's a perk of staying in a hotel. We hauled our trash down each day (empty drink bottles and other items) but that meant we had to find bags to use. Even after fixing our A/C, it still did not work right. But it was better than before maintenance came to look at it. Breakfast was ok, same thing each morning but not a lot of room for the number of people who ate each day. Rooms and hotel need to be updated. Carpet was worn in our room; towels were very thin. The pool is very small. We did not use the pool since we were too busy sightseeing.

Disliked: The shower barely worked. My son said the breakfast was poor. No syrup for waffles and no one around to ask for more.

Liked: Staff was excellent, rooms and building were safe and quiet. The room had all amenities that I needed and beds felt comfortable to me
Disliked: Cleanliness was not on par with that of other Radisson comfort inn and suites throughout Florida. Shower tub looked like it had been repaired but not completely finished, and the carpet in the room was dirty.
