Liked: Great customer service, awesome location, very clean and quiet.
Disliked: The mattress was hard.

Overpriced and needs renovation.

Liked: The breakfast was good.
Disliked: 1st room I was in the door wouldn't lock. Also the TV cable was broken so no TV reception. I had them move us. The second room had the striker plate removed from the door lock, ripped curtains, the refridgerator didn't work and the walls in the bathroom dirty and needed paint in a bad way. The sink was also dirty and didn't look serviced.

Liked: The only complaints I had were that the pool was cold and the neighbors were loud. I didn't complain about the neighbors, though. It sounded like kids having fun. The whole place was clean, the beds were comfy and the staff was very nice. It's right off the interstate. There's a gas station next to it, a Starbucks across the street, and plenty of places to grab food nearby. They only allowed guests to enter through the main door, which was a plus for me.

Disliked: The security. I went upstairs to a man in the room the woman behind the counter was oblivious to, and acknowledged it posed a security concern.

Liked: The staff was wonderful.
Disliked: Finding salsa in a plastic container that smelled so bad in the fridge. Went to the store to buy baking soda to help eliminatethe smell. Dirty socks on edge of bed that had been there for a while it was very dusty. A bottle of lubricant on the floor by windows. And the 2 nights we were there the hotel smelled of weed/pot badly.
