Liked: The man who checked us in was very nice, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was well stocked.
Disliked: The door didn’t latch perfectly and sometimes just came open, the back door to the building that was supposed to be key card protected was never locked, the bathtub had a lot of lime scale build up and didn’t drain, there was a leak at some point under the sink that wasn’t cleaned up, bathroom hadn’t been cleaned (used towel on the counter, hair in the shower)

Liked: The room was not cleaned properly. Half used bottle of shower gel in the shower. No new bottles. Dusty. Vanity had dried toothpaste on it. Tolit had not been cleaned. Also new tissue not put on dispenser.

Might try a different hotel...

Disliked: The room we originally got was dirty had blood on the bed, dirty bathroom, dirty fridge and the trim was falling off. Then we got “upgraded” and that room was dirty as well even tho they checked it before we moved and it had food on the floor, pet hair on the curtains, someone else’s hair on the bed and I had to wash the bathtub myself to give my son a bath and then the hotel has charged me multiple times beyond what I have already paid

Liked: The only reason I gave a score of 3 was because of the staff. They were kind, helpful, and working very hard to make the stay as nice as possible. Unfortunately, the place was a total dump, though. So it was a lot for them to make up for.
Disliked: This hotel truly needs to be closed down and deeply renovated. The ice machine was down. The lights in the lobby bathroom were out. The pool and hot tub were closed, not functioning. When we entered the first room we were given, we thought we were walking in on someone. The trash can was full and beds unmade -- the room had clearly been stayed in, not cleaned, and then assigned to us.We went back for a new room, and this time it was a fresh room, but when my Mom went to the bathroom in the middle of the night, there was a huge puddle on the bathroom floor -- the sink was leaking everywhere. The AC was putting out a horrendous noise that made it hard to sleep, and the beds were very old an uncomfortable. My mom and I both woke up with back and neck pain.During breakfast the next morning, there were two TVs blasting CNN and Fox News, respectively, from two different angles. It was a very unpleasant breakfast environment. Even if you wanted to listen to politics with your breakfast, you were getting blasted with very loud broadcasts from each, so you couldnt even focus on one if you wanted to (which we didn't, want to watch or hear either). This hotel was a cheaper option ($82/night), but even for a more inexpensive hotel, this was an unacceptable level of cleanliness and facility upkeep. The management should be embarrassed they selling rooms to people here.

Disliked: Listed swimming pool, couldn't use it. Waiting on permit since September 2024. No hot breakfast. Got locked out our room. The help in the am was watching t.v. when we came down for breakfast, but wasn't there to check out. Hair all over the bathroom. The tub wasn't even cleaned. The heater in the room worked, but very loud. The pictures on the website don't match to the hotel.
