Disappointing

Liked: The staff were so polite and professional and the hotel was in close proximity to restaurants.
Disliked: The room had not been properly cleaned. There were left over flower petals behind the sofa and gum paper behind the night stand stand. The bed sheets were not clean, chair was worn and dirty. There was an odd smell when we entered. Nasty looking bathroom appliances.

Liked: Nothing but the location.
Disliked: No towels, front desk clerk ( guy) was rude....Supervisor/Manager never available for guests concerns nor did he/she respond to messages sent from staff.....guests weren't able to get towels and lean rooms due to lack of staff. Rooms are only cleaned on a specified assigned day or if requests ahead of time frim guest, which means there is a possibility of many diseases, viruses, and bacteria waiting for the next guests to arrive..VERY UNSAFE. America was locked down due to lack there is of personal care and spreading of germs....at this location expect to be exposed. Rodent infestation....complained to desk clerk and they refuse to clean the room....never received and towels requested. The towels that were in the room were not clean and smelled soiled....the price per night was way too expensive and unreasonable for the work guests had to provide for themselves....UN EXCEPTABLE FOR A HOTEL....the fire Marshall has been called for a building expecting due to these concerns....this place can be sued over and over again for their incompetence in customer service.....I can go on about more hopefully this can be resolved and my money can be refunded.

Liked: The room was very spacious.
Disliked: I was charged a $50 deposit that I did not know about. I still havent received my deposit back. Walking to the room, it smelled like Marijuana. The gentleman that checked me in was kind of rude. The gentleman said the manager canceled my original reservation. There was a roach in fridge.
