Would not stay there again!

Disliked: Front desk service.

Not worth the price.

Liked: the breakfast was good.
Disliked: I tried to cancel the last of my 3 nights. I couldn't do that. We stay in that area frequently and this site will be our least preferred.

Disliked: The advertised water slide was only open Friday and Saturday.

Disliked: No phones for room to room, no phone service to the front desk, tvs didn't work when we came in. No phone books or menus for restaurants nearby.

Liked: we paid almost 200 to get a room with you and were stuck up on 4th floor in room 422, quite a walk for someone who has had both knee replacements done ( when booking I asked for a room close to pool) which I'm sure a lot of people do any way. ALSO there was a birthday party there for a kid and the pool area was CRAZY, I don't mind kids having fun ,but these kids were not listening to their parents , and/or the parents were to busy drinking and sitting at the other end and didn't care that other adults would have liked these kids to quit jumping into the hot tub and splashing all over us. NO ONE from the hotel said anything to them. Another couple left the pool area cause it was so loud and they were upet about it too ,I had had enough and went to my room, but another guest with me stayed a little longer down there and thats when it got interesting to say the least, the mothers and other women in that group started dancing on the tables and dancing in a inappropriate manner. My grandson needs not to see this kind of behavior from adults (he is 7) also at one point there were 14 kids ranging in age from 4-11 ( I took a picture of it but don't know how to send a pic to this stuff, only to a cell #) in the hot tub splashing around and running and jumping into it. Most of the guests were not there to stay in a room and only came for the birthday party and left after around 3 hours. Either way OUR "get away from home and relax" did not turn out to be very relaxing or fun.

Not cool management

Liked: The room was nicely setup. The fridge worked and the ice machine was operating. The pool was open and so was the kiddy pool and hot tub, but the slide was shut down. Breakfast was good and well prepared.
Disliked: The hot tub was scummy, there was things floating in it and it looked as tho there was oil in the water when the jets weren't running. Had an issue with the charge and it's been 3 days and no contact from manager, despite my daily phone calls to speak too one. I have been lied too by the staff stating that manager is in meetings then told in same conversation that he wasn't there and is unavailable.
