Will stay here again when...

Liked: The check in was so easy and the staff so friendly. I took my husband up to Sevierville for his Christmas present of a helicopter ride and looked for hotels close by. We go up to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg a few times a year. We will stay again at this hotel. The room was huge for a hotel room. The breakfast was pretty good. Your standard continental breakfast. Decent choice of food, juices, coffee, tea, hot chocolate.
Disliked: I really can't think of anything we didn't like. Maybe having banana's at the continental breakfast. Seriously, it was a very nice stay. Maybe the molding in the bathroom (around the door area) needs to be redone. No big deal to us at all. The room really was nice.

Liked: Desk attendant was very polite, helpful, and courteous. The breakfast was above expectations!
Disliked: Our rooms were missing the privacy curtain and some baseboard. The ice machine was broken. Carpet needs to be replaced in main traffic area. The vents in the pool area were rusted and some hanging from the ceiling.

Liked: Property is convenient, close to good restaurants and very good to drive to pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg without having to worry about traffic

Overall great, neat, and comfortable...

Liked: Location was great, staff was kind, and the room was neat & clean. It was also convenient to have the breakfast which was good. We had a great stay!! I would definitely staff here again & would recommend to others!!
Disliked: The was a strong smell in the lobby that was very overwhelming; not a bad smell but very stout. I could see how this would bother a lot of folks allergies. Also, I'm sure this was an oversight, but our balcony door was not locked upon arrival. May want to remind staff to lock all doors when cleaning & prepping rooms for next guests.
