Disliked: It was very noisy, we were on the 1st floor and heard people upstairs walking around all day/night.

Very good

Liked: Breakfast was great, included pancake and waffle machines, chilled whole eggs, all the juices and coffees, scrambled eggs and sausage, excellent yogurt, press and rolls, fresh fruit and more.
Disliked: The king mattress was somewhat too firm, more so than I'm used to at other hotels. The bathroom was a bit too small for comfort.

Pleasant

Liked: The hotel was in good condition, recently updated. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We left at 3:30 in the morning for the airport and the staff was very helpful at helping that happen, even had bagged breakfasts for us to take with us.
Disliked: The pool was not working while we were there. That was the only reason I had picked this hotel, specifically easing my kids to be able to play in the pool before our 30+ hours in airports. So, we were very disappointed that it wasn’t working and we had received no notice about its closure.

Disliked: The pool was closed.

Disliked: Room dusty, low amenities, shower not clean, mattress hard

Superb

Executive rooms are nice.

Liked: Newly renovated side of the hotel is worth the $5 more to book the executive room.
Disliked: Water in shower isn't Hot. It's only warm. Breakfast could have a bit more pizzazz!
