Very clean room - we had everything we needed.

Liked: The desk clerk was very helpful when we asked questions about the city.

Not sure we would go...

Liked: The pool hours and there was a hot tub. The location was great
Disliked: We stayed for 3 nights and they did not clean our room or take our overflowing garbage out. We had to ask them for clean towels everyday. The breakfast was just ok. The sauage was microwaved.

Wouldn’t book again

Liked: We tried to book two connecting rooms, got two separate rooms, as soon as you walk into the hotel it just smelled old and not super clean, breakfast wasn’t that great and the front desk manager stressed to importance of the adults needing these yellow tickets in order to get breakfast and not to lose them which we ended up not even needing at all, our room was not clean as there were many hairs in the bath tub and on one of the beds, the ac unit leaked water all over the floor, there was duct tape holding up trim in our room, we were placed underneath I’m assuming a family of elephants and they were extremely loud running around all hours of the night and very early in the morning so we couldn’t sleep, and the hallways stunk of weed. We won’t be staying here again.

Liked: We love staying at this hotel while we visit Shamburg. We love the hot tub and pool, and the breakfast is great.
