I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!...

Liked: Nothing honestly. It was a terrible visit. my family and I despised it.
Disliked: The place smelled like feet and apple cider viger when we first showed up. Not only that but I waited at the front desk for 20 minutes banging the bell trying to get service at 915 at night which is crazy early to do anything as far as a hotel accommodations. Then the luggage carrier was busted. The tire was not level so my luggage kept falling over and coming undone. Then they booked us on the first floor and all we can hear were kids running up and down the hallway, laughing, falling, gunting at 12 midnight, 9 am, then at check out like DUDE control ur kids manager tell the guest . somebody need to address it. The pool was not working. which was a big reason why I picked it. then the hotel room was so short in height. I had duck to enter and duck to use the restroom. My bed was ridiculously hard and lumpy in spots the tv didn't work as we were only provided 1 remote control to condo 2 different tvs. My family couldn't enjoy the shower bc the controls were not labeled so hot was cold and cold was hot. IT WAS A TERRIBLE VISIT I WISH I CAN GET MY MONEY BACK!!!!!

Liked: At this property I liked the shower. I also enjoyed the breakfast but wish they had been stocked up with condiments.
Disliked: It’s really sad that this used to be my favorite hotel. • The staff at the front desk upon arrival seemed really annoyed. Not sure if it was because we’re an LGBT family or because we had a service dog with us. But one of my kids noticed that the man was friendly with other guests arriving after us. • In the parking lot you could see multiple piles of glass from vehicles that had been broken into. During our stay there was one vehicle parked 2 spots from mine that had one of their windows blown out. • Another thing I didn’t like was in our room we had maybe 2 working outlets; one of which had the tv plugged into. The other was by the bathroom sink. We had to go & buy a power strip to be able to charge our phones. • Lastly for breakfast; it would’ve been nice if they hadn’t run out of syrup. Our first morning there was only sugar free syrup & morning 2 they were completely out. * No one should have to worry about they vehicles, nor should they need to buy anything extra to be able to charge their phones.

Disliked: The carpets in our room and the hallway, stairs, and lobby definitely need to be shampooed.

Liked: Location of room. Comfortable bed.
Disliked: Closet and drawers were very small. Not enough space for two people. The breakfast, which is the case at most hotels that serve breakfast) there were too many carbs and no meat alternative for people who don't eat pork. Lastly, only half the channels on the TV worked. Made for a very boring time.
