It wasn’t great.

Liked: It was in a good location.
Disliked: Everything was closed, the gym, breakfast, laundry room, and the whole bottom floor. The room wasn’t very clean, it still had dirty towels under the shelf.

Disliked: The connetial breakfast was closed due to remodeling. It says they are pet friendly and me service dog he was going to charge me 300.00 for my service animal. We left and went to another hotel who excepted my service animal.

Disliked: They were doing construction and it was not listed on the website when we booked. As a result there was no breakfast and it was horribly dusty. My allergies acted up the whole time.The room had a number of issues as well. The walls had stains, it was dusty with bugs on the floor and in the corners, and the cabinets were in bad shape.The tv remote in our room stopped working and we couldn’t turn the tv off without unplugging it. The one in the living room space had a green fuzzy picture. I informed them of the problem the first day, but when I returned they hadn’t even gone to the room to check. When I got back and realized, I complained again and they did switch out the fuzzy tv. They never got us another remote that worked to turn the tv off, but thankfully we were able to use one remote on both tv’s.The phones in the room didn’t work, which isn’t a huge concern except it wouldn’t hang up and you could hear the faint busy signal beeping. We reported that as well, but they never did anything about it. We just unplugged the phones.The hotel smelled very strongly of Indian food the whole time. If you like Indian food then maybe that would be alright, but it’s not the scent I preferred.We had two other rooms booked for family as well. The entryway lights into both of the other rooms did not work. We reported it multiple times but they never fixed them the whole three days that we stayed.We were there over the weekend for my daughter’s wedding and even though we had a fantastic weekend, it was a frustration and point of contention. We asked for a checkout extension because we had a lot to clean up and pack up to get out the door. They did give 30 extra minutes, but then told us if we weren’t out right on time then they would charge us for another day. I get policies and that they are trying to run a business, but it seems that after all the mess and problems with the hotel they could have had a bit more grace.We have always loved staying at this hotel.

Comfortable room, unsightly construction

Liked: Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: When we booked there was no notice that renovations would be underway. The lobby area was messy and the elevator was in disarray due to no carpet/flooring. There was paper on the walls PLUS the inspection sticker showed it had expired October of 2024!!

Very good

Liked: Good location, quiet, free breakfast, room was clean and bed comfy. We had pets with us and they enjoyed it.
Disliked: I was not greeted at the front desk for over 10 minutes. Had to ring the bell and shout multiple times to get someone to help me.
