The breakfast was decent and...

Liked: The room was dirty and smelly, so asked for another room which was a little better.
Disliked: Dirty carpet especially entrance and the stairway.

Rooms were clean enough and...

Liked: Rooms were okay for price and staff was friendly.
Disliked: Not many options for breakfast. Had lots of trash around outside of hotel... smell of pot in hallway. Hallways were musty. Hotel in general run-down and needs serious over haul. Fitness center closed.

Okay, but not super

Liked: It was conveniently located. Very clean, comfortable bed and nice towels.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the sound barriers didn’t work very well and the people above us were loud-even after being asked to quiet down. Lousy breakfast, cold coffee. Good thing there’s a Dunkin not far away!

Would not stay again

Liked: Not much.
Disliked: The room smelled like smoke, the beds were uncomfortable, the deadbolt did not work. We requested a refund from them, however, they said they would have to wait for their uncle to get back (I guess it’s a family owned property) to see if he would do a refund. We have yet to hear back from them.
