Liked: The whole facility was very clean; the staff were efficient and pleasant. Breakfast was quite good and our bed was excellent. The only problem was that the hot tub was not working.

Liked: My room was clean but did not have any soaps. When I asked for them. He dug through a drawer to find the hand soap. He told me the shampoo and conditioner were in a dispenser in the shower. There wasn't a dispenser.
Disliked: The desk clerk was nice but didn't know his job at all.The breakfast attendant was very nice and clean area

Disliked: The pool with cold The worst part was that chlorine chemical mix they use. I'm afraid that it wasn't mixed properly right? Because I myself and my son both broke out in the high. It was really bad and I end up having fun blistered hives on my body and face. I'm not aware of anybody or any other guest. Had that issue me? And my son, we have extremely sensitive skin that could have been.I have something to do with it.

Liked: I enjoyed having some time away from home but I kept turning the corner to gross things that made me remember what hotels are.
Disliked: This entire location would have been 40% better if they invested in toilet bowl cleaner. The toilet was gross in our room and by the pool. In the room we shared with my 2 year old I found a used tobacco pouch on the floor. I noticed in the bathroom as we checked in the mirror hadnt been cleaned. I could see the condensation running through the dust. Between that and the toilet situation I kind of realized the cleanliness of the establishment. We also noticed stains on the sheets. Our room was stuffy and to our surprise the windows open up. Luckily i examined the window first because the entire screen wasnt locked into the window! My toddler could have easily fell out the low window. Both windows didnt lock in our room and the bathroom door didnt latch so it was easily popped open.
