Staff was very helpful, especially when it came to getting a taxi service. The taxi took us to the show and picked us up on time and as planned. We were very happy. The staff made sure we enjoyed our stay - we would stay here again for sure. Thank you!

Liked: Restaurants, grocery and other shops are walking distance.
Disliked: The 24hrs snack and drinks.

Comfy bed and good breakfast...

Liked: Good breakfast, comfortable beds. Staff were friendly and very accommodating.
Disliked: Wasn’t at the hotel long enough to notice anything bad.

Pleasant

Disliked: I was charged for items from the mini bar but I did not take anything. I requested a credit when the charge posted to my account and was assured a refund would be issued. It has been ten days and the credit has not been issued. I have had to dispute the charge through my credit card company.

Great location .

Liked: Friendly staff. Clean facility. Good breakfast and all day beverages.
Disliked: Location of the Shower made it very difficult to get in and out.

Liked: The room and common areas were clean.
Disliked: There was a lot of noise, both from the hallways and from adjacent rooms. We asked for late departure and were told to check back the morning of check out but that there should be no issue. However, that morning we were told no despite the property being pretty empty at that point. We ended up having to sit in the lobby an extra hour to complete a business meeting which was not ideal.
