Disliked: I was extremely disappointed. The staff were not honest with me about my pet fees and charged me more than they said they would. I did call ahead of time to confirm fees then it was a different number upon arrival. The hot tub and pool were closed

Disliked: Misleading info. The room was NOT accessible. A walker did not even fit to get into the bed. A wood slat bench was into the shower. Is this a campground? Where is the walk in shower stated online? The ?hot? breakfast was cold.

Disliked: higher price with all the taxes

Liked: Easy to find.
Disliked: The breakfast was not good at all. the potatoes were still cold, tasted like they were frozen. not enough milk choices, some of us are allergic to regular milk, the eggs were powered eggs, overall not very good at all. Also the pool was too cold.

Disliked: It was hard to understand the staff, the breakfast room/party room was dirty when checking in for the party and reservations, pool was closed when I was told it was open and can use for the party, we got locked out of our room before check out time.

I would never stay here...

Liked: nothing.
Disliked: We stayed here for 2 nights. The pool was out of order, no one refilled the breakfast bar, the wifi well every 5 minutes cut out on all of our devices, I think a husband and wife own this and should hire some staff for when the hotel is full.
