Liked: Location was decent.
Disliked: You had to use your body to open the door. I didn’t get the room I booked. The room didn’t look nowhere like the pictures online. Received on one towel in the room. No hot water. Staff was rude. Only one elevator was working. Mold in the shower. Carpet pulling up. Cracks in the ceiling and walls. Bed hard as a rock. Toilet leaks. AC didn’t work.

Liked: A place to sleep for the night
Disliked: After arriving late in the evening, I was greeted by the girl at the front desk with her telling me to hold on so she could answer her cell phone, prior to helping me. After talking for a minute she asked to call them back and then helped me instead of just ignoring her personal phone, and returning the call after helping me. So very poor customer service. When we walked into the 1st room, it smelled so horrible, I got an instant migraine. Moldy mixed with wet water. The second room was just as horrible. The 3rd room did not have as strong of a horrible smell however we saw cockroaches in our room. It was extremely late so we dealt with that by leaving all of our bags closed. The tub in the bathroom leaked all night. We woke up to the entire bathroom floor and entry way floor being flooded. Overall it was an adventure that my family did not want to take however it was so late we did not have any other options. At breakfast time, they said they went until 9:30 but ran put of food prior and would not refill the waffle mix when asked, as we had 5 people plus others who came in after to eat as well. We paid ENTIRELY WAY TOO MUCH for this room for it to be such an awful experience. I was happy they were willing to switch us out of the horrible smelling rooms, but everything else was extremely disappointing and a huge waste of my money, my children even asked to sleep in the car over night versus staying there.

Liked: Not much. It was inexpensive.
Disliked: 1) Room was bare minimum. 2) Carpet was filthy 3) No soap in the bathroom - had to use the shampoo as a body wash 4) Body lotion was not new - it had been used was previously opened 5) Room had a smell reminded me of my kids hamster cage. 6) Breakfast was terrible - not kept up much of it was gone at 7am.

Liked: Nice people at check in desk
Disliked: Old, broken toilet, no phone in the room, elevator breaking apart pieces, a lot of random weirdos hanging outside hotel soliciting, room had bare walls with zero pictures.

Bad

Liked: The front check in lady was the only nice thing about this place
Disliked: Everything our first unit walked in smelt like mold and must and weed. The ac cover fell off the wall when I touched it. The bathrooms look like something out of a horror movie with mold everywhere. They gave us another room it wasn't as bad still smelled like wet carpet. My kids and me has bad allergies, so we did not stay here. Hoping to get a refund.

I'd consider staying here again.

Liked: The location was close to Raymond James Stadium, the room was large, and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: It was very difficult to get our room door to unlock/open. Breakfast was horrible and they stopped serving it 1/2 hour early as they ran out of food.

Liked: Location of the hotel is good for walking to the stadium.
Disliked: I went for the “suite” which was fine and comfortable. Our room was on the first floor and next to a nightclub? Playing music all night. Not relaxing after a long night at the stadium
