I absolutely loved the Country Inn & Suites. I would recommend it to my family and friends. I plan to use this hotel for all my future stays in Richmond VA. I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. I was grateful for the choice I made to reserve my stay at the Country Inn & Suites. Even the houskeeping staff was in a great mood! Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Liked: This place was beautiful - super clean, quiet and the staff was sweet in a professional way. I felt right at home. I am very sensitive about my sleeping environment, so this was an awesome decision for booking.
Disliked: I could not stay longer. I loved this place!

Liked: My reservation was canceled without a modification. Initially made the reservation under my name, but a day before I called the hotel to inform and ask for guidance about chancing the name on the reservation. She said that there wouldn’t be a problem and she will write it on the notes, stating that my husband would be checking in instead. When my family arrived the front desk told them that she has given out the room because we did not check in before 6:00 pm. When your agent called the hotel to verify what happened. The front desk told him that the reason why she canceled my room was because the name on the reservation was different from the card on file.
