Disliked: Wasn't the cleanest. Someone spelled coffee in the lobby, apparently just before we checked in. It was still there, and now tracked all over, in the morning.

Liked: Staff was welcoming , & it was very well up kept & clean
Disliked: The pool got super crowded with people who were very ignorant & no regard for the little kids running around. My 4 yr old was almost knocked over by someone running & my infant in her car seat was knocked into again by the same person running , so many people crowded in the hot tub that the foam that forms from the jets eventually turned from white , to brown & murky it was very nasty & there was a bunch of hair floating around in it. The staff never came and checked in on the pool area so everyone was running amuck with no regard to other people

Liked: Location, friendly staff except lady at front desk
Disliked: Lady at front desk during day was less than enjoyable. Night clerk was wonderful. No control over kids running up and down halls, ringing door bell all hours of night. Led to little to no sleep. Room was not clean, decorations left hanging from previous guest, mold in corner of room, broken bathroom tiles. We was stuck being a holiday week.
