Liked: Nice breakfast selection; room felt clean; everyone was friendly and helpful; Lots of stores and restaurants nearby; allowed us to check in early on Friday.
Disliked: Some breakfast items were cold (eggs especially); Ice machine on 2nd floor was out of ice, went to lobby machine, which was out of order, had to go to 3rd floor; Thermostat in room was not user friendly; No shampoo in room when we checked in; Cell reception in room was very poor; Card keys stopped working on 2nd day; Wasn't made aware of $50 non-refundable pet fee until after I went in to see about an early check-in.
