BEWARE - hotel did NOT...

Liked: They provided a shuttle to the cruise port & that service was good. Breakfast was alright, but we had to hunt for the silverware & seating was cramped. A child threw up on the floor between the dining tables & it took the staff a very long time to clean up the mess, so clearly there was not enough staff.
Disliked: They over charged us for our reservation, claiming they were collecting a deposit. They claimed that the "deposit" would be refunded but a full month later & it has not been returned to our credit card & they are now claiming that the amount charged was for the room itself. SO basically they charged us MORE than our reservation guaranteed. Total scam! Also, the beds were uncomfortable & the curtains didn't close (& our room faced the pool courtyard, so NO privacy).

It met our needs for...

Liked: Staff was friendly. Shuttle to port was excellent.
Disliked: Breakfast was mediocre. Shower was either too hot or cold, super hard to get warm water. Room layout was a little odd with the door to bedroom and door to bathroom almost touching when open.
