Bad

Liked: It is in desperate need of remodeling. The carpets throughout the entire building are heavily stained. My room floor had huge carpet stains everywhere. The furniture is old and in bad shape. There were kids running up and down my hall yelling and banging on the door next to me and across from me yelling for other kids to let them in, this went on for over an hour after 11pm. Then while leaving the next morning there were bags tied all around the car next to me and she told us her room had bedbugs, I hope that wasn’t true. I will not be going back unless it is completely redone.

Disliked: no working TV, very little linen, stained couches and carpet

It was a nice stay

Liked: The clerk who checked me in my room was superior with customer service. The room was big and really nice. The breakfast was better than most hotel breakfast.
Disliked: The pillows. My husband liked the pillows, but I didn't. Maybe a two different pillow types would be nice

I like that the hotel...

Liked: Location. They had very good breakfast.
Disliked: The fact that there were roaches in the bathroom of our room.I believe to be coming from a drain in the bathroom floor.

Horrible, dirty, bedbugs

Liked: Was horrible from the moment got to hotel. Room dirty, no shower curtain, floor not swept, tv didint work in bedroom. Then when we were getting ready to sleep we pulled back the sheets and BED BUGS! Immediately I went to front desk and told her about it and she said we can only put you on another floor room! The second room was a bit cleaner. We needed up leaving at 4 am that morning, because we were hoping we weren’t getting eaten up by bed bugs. Ask for the manager and they said they don’t work on the weekend and they would have them call me on that Monday, an no call. I called there and the desk said they were busy and call back. Still no call. Horrible service, horrible experience. We went to laundry Matt and washed everything and used bedbug spray. I hope we don’t bring back home….

Not happy with the facility...

Liked: The staff was very cordial and helpful on checking in. The facility is in need of updating. Carpet looked dingy, one panel of the sheers in the room was totally ripped in half! The refrigerator apparently had been worked on and was still sitting out. It is just old.

Exceptional
