Disliked: I booked a double queen room and to my surprise I was switched to one king bed!! No one called me!! Keep in mind I’m traveling with 2 kids and my husband. Didn’t get any sleep from sharing my bed! The room smelled like mildew and the tv didn’t work!! Again, I had kids with nothing to entertain them!! The breakfast was destroyed and barely any food left when we went down there. I’ve stayed at this hotel several times and never had a bad stay. Whatever they got going on they need to fix!!

Liked: Breakfast was great except staff corrected me for bringing the pitcher of milk to table to pour in cereal loudly and in front of everyone like I was a child! Very rude. . Beds were comfortable, which is important to us. Carpet very stained and corners in bathroom very dirty.. Front desk staff was great!
Disliked: Cleaner and carpets changed or cleaned. Handheld shower didn't work, which is important.
