Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: The hotel smells terrible and one of the sheets of the bed had paw prints and the smell was so bad.

Stay was excellent. Transportation sucked.
Liked: Room was excellent. Clean, comfortable and quiet.
Disliked: Could not reach hotel for shuttle. Line busy. Tried for over an hour. Ended up taking a taxi.

Liked: Great access to the airport, room was nice, breakfast was good.
Disliked: One of the TVs were not receiving all the channels. Staff tried to fix the problem but could not. Staff very pleasant and helpful.Pool was not heated and very cold. It is the middle of January.

Liked: Very helpful and friendly staff. Quick shuttle from and to airport arranged. Large, comfy and clean room.

Vivian is going to lose...
Liked: The woman who checked us in on the afternoon of December 31 was great. Warm, friendly, and totally professional. We verified that we wanted to use the 5 am airport shuttle next morning and asked for a 3:30 am wake up call. We were told to be in the lobby by 4:50 am and the shuttle would be ready to go at 5 am. Also, she put us down on a list she had for wakeup calls.
Disliked: Next morning you had an employee named Vivian at the desk. when we came down at 4:45 am she had a very irate customer. While I felt some sympathy for Vivian, she really didn't handle her well. So 5 am comes and goes. No shuttle driver. Vivian finally finishes with earlier customer around 5:15 or so, and we ask where the driver is. She then informs us that she doesn't care that we were waiting, says we are "disrespecting her" and will not help us. So we called a taxi. Also, it is a good thing we woke on our own as there was no wake up call. Vivian was obviously a DEI hire. Unprofessional.
