Disliked: The hotel smells terrible and one of the sheets of the bed had paw prints and the smell was so bad.

Disliked: When we arrived the room had used soap still in the soap dish. Bathroom had no wash cloths. The bed was comfy, bit the comforter was way way to thin.

Terrible Experience

Liked: This was not a good experience.
Disliked: Couldn’t get hot water in the shower - just warm @ midnight.I missed my original flight, I called the hotel directly twice to update my arrival time. Was told by Vivian that I should call once the plane touched down for the shuttle to pick me up. Once I touched down I called the hotel again but was told by a different staff member that they could not pick me up as the shuttle ends at 11pm. When I arrived, there was a man in the lobby yelling at the staff because his key card didn’t work. In my opinion, the staff escalated the encounter with the man leading to more screaming.After I checked in, I told the staff I was going to be jet lagged in the morning (I had just returned from Spain) and asked if they could give the second key to my husband who was picking me up the next day. They agreed. When my husband arrived his keycard did not work. I was already awake that morning because the hotel had a crew in the room across from mine doing construction. It was extremely loud. In my opinion, after sharing about my jet lag, the staff should have known that it was inconsiderate to put me in a room in the vicinity of morning construction. This started at approximately 8:30-9:00am. I concede, I do not know how much about how full the hotel was or if the room number was already assigned or what power the staff had to change it. The shower curtain was very short and was unable to keep the water in the shower area, leading to a completely drenched floor. Anyone could easily slip and fall.I asked to speak to the manager when I checked out and tried to share my experience. I was amiable but the manager seemed annoyed. She made a comment along the lines of..Not to be rude but you shouldn’t bring up what happened to another guest that was trespassed from the hotel. I then just walked away since I felt that whatever I said would fall on deaf ears. It was frustrating. I do not recommend staying here. I would not book this hotel again.
