Disliked: The hotel smells terrible and one of the sheets of the bed had paw prints and the smell was so bad.

Satisfactory accommodation at a good...

Liked: This is an unpretentious but satisfactory airport hotel, undergoing renovation as of November 2024. When the renovations are complete, it will have a more contemporary look and feel. Meanwhile the newly fixed-up room that I was in had an unusually comfortable bed, a refrigerator and microwave, and a large, functional desk. The breakfast was minimal, but free.
Disliked: Despite double-glass windows, the traffic noise in rooms facing south was surprisingly loud. Ask for a north-facing room.

Liked: Nice staff but understaffed
Disliked: Terrible shuttle service and took forever to contact front desk because 3 calls were messages & final call pick-up wasn't until 45 min. from first. After some discussion about there being no shuttle (despite confirmation saying there would be) and saying that Lynx only came to the south side--we were on north--she finally agredd to pay for a taxi, which she should have in the first place. There will be no more Country Inn & Suites for us.

Liked: The property is being refurbished and is looking great. The breakfast was better than most American hotels and it was appreciated.
Disliked: Better quality bedding and pillows would have made my stay perfect!
