Disappointed

Liked: The breakfast man very unfriendly, hovering over you. Cold coffee and rubber eggs.
Disliked: Reserved king bed, did not get. Decoration very outdated/worn. Leaks in room ceiling. Noise toilet. Construction vehicles taking over parking lot. Side exterior door unsafe/always open. Horrible breakfast man!

Liked: I loved that there was a hot breakfast along with cold breakfast options. It was such a nice spread of food, that also tasted good.
Disliked: The pillows were horrible. There was a light in the living area that flickered on and off when light was turned on. There was a drawer in my room that doesn't close. The tv remote cover is missing so it's just the batteries you see with no cover.The shower head was turned towards the shower wall which couldn't be moved, so I had to shower against the wall in order to get the full force of water on me.I had a unfortunate situation occur in that my boyfriend and I planned to stay in the hotel room together. My boyfriend is on his way home from a military tour, and had a layover in Turkey. He ended up getting very sick with Covid, so he is hospitalized in Turkey at the moment receiving treatment. I went to cancel our reservation due to his illness, but discovered I couldn't because I used a third party of Booking.come to reserve our room. That is HORRIBLE customer service from Booking and from you, as I have a legitimate reason to cancel. I went ahead and stayed the night myself because I was going to be charged anyway. I want a free one night stay there for the inflexibility shown to me. I will NEVER use a third party to book a hotel room due to such horrible rules for lack of a cancellation policy because life events happen and I should've been allowed to cancel and not be charged.

Liked: Breakfast was good. David was great
Disliked: Room were so musty smelling, stains everywhere, that we asked for different room. Hot tub was good but pool was dirty. Other family booked there too and had to move rooms also.

Liked: Staff was great and breakfast was well stocked.
Disliked: The whole place had a musty smell and the stairwell smelled like weed. And there was a loud party out front by the lobby that was playing music until after 2 am.

We enjoyed our stay. p

Liked: The breakfast was on par with other “big name” hotels chains we have stayed at.
Disliked: We had no issues with our stay.
