Liked: Size of room and the location was great.
Disliked: Beds was horrible. Most staff was great. Gentleman in the breakfast room was horribly rude to me mother (he was the bald one) the other one was very nice.

Liked: Had a hiccup with the date for the stay. So I’d been up since 3 in the morning and this was our halfway point. We were on our way to funeral for a family member I made reservations for the 9th instead of the 8th so the person working said that they would be able to refund my money the next day when the manager came n and he would explain the mix up. We went ahead and stayed the night, get in touch with the hotel and come to find out they won’t refund the money even though we stayed the night before, had it been American owned and that we are not so money hungry and have a heart for circumstances and mistakes, I will never stay at a Radisson hotel again and we travel quiet often and yes I know they won’t go broke from it but it’s the principle of it.

Liked: I like that the hotel across the street had convenient outdoor spaces
Disliked: The workers followed us around and half of the building was not accessible and there was chocolate on the couch when I first checked in.

Disliked: The hot tub didn't hold water so I couldn't use it
