It was very comfortable at the inn. It was convenient to both the interstate and the Pensacola Fairgrounds. I would definitely recommend a stay in this inn.

Liked: Greeted with a smie and friendly staff person at check in. Loved our room looking out at the Palm trees. Very clean and comfortable beds. Breakfast every day was abundant, fresh and excellent. Pool was always clean and great to swim in.
Disliked: Missed a hot tub but not a big deal at all. Could see they were at the early stages of remodeling the pool area. Would be nice to have the restrooms within the pool. Didn't like to go outside the pool room to the hallway to get to the restrooms.

Liked: We like the communication between the front desk & us about arriving earlier than expected. The receptionist was so kind & accommodating. Our room was ready asap. Carmin our room attendant was super nice! Everyone was very pleasant. the breakfast was nice & I especially Like the coffee was available 24hrs & fresh! Everything was easy assessable. oh yes, I like how the bathroom door closed so silently, & that was special when you have to get up in the middle of the night, don't have to worry about waking up your spouse.
Disliked: There was one little thing i didn't like. It took the water the longest to get hot. But it didn't cause a problem.
