Clogged toilet and Ozone machine...

Liked: The rooms were relatively clean, and the staff was quick and easy to work with. They also allowed us to park our 34' RV in the parking lot over night for our stay.
Disliked: We had to change rooms 2 different times. The 1st time the toilet stopped up after flushing a minimal amount of toilet paper. The second room we were put in had a machine in it that made the whole room smell funny. It was an ozone machine that's supposed to neutralize odors. But what made us change rooms again was that as soon as we turned the AC on my son and myself started a coughing fit, and I lost my voice within 10 minutes. So we changed rooms again to a 3rd room. This room didn't seem to have any problems aside from the typical areas of built-up grime (around base of tub and along some portions of the base boards.) But this was nothing out of the ordinary that you would find in a moderate/low priced hotel. But again, the staff was easy to work with for all the room changes. But if this happened during the busy season, I don't think we would have been able to change rooms that many times because occupancy would probably be maxed out.

Mixed feelings about this hotel....

Liked: The breakfast was good and the breakfast area kept impeccably clean. The staff were all very friendly and courteous and excellent with customer service.
Disliked: The mattress was uncomfortable and lumpy. The hallway smelled as if someone had been smoking. The toilet seat looked like it needed to be replaced.

Liked: EVEYTHING WAS EXCEPTIONAL FOR THE ENTIRE STAY. I REALLY APPRECIATE MS ALICE FOR COMPROMISING WITH MY HEALTH ISSUES FOR BREAKFAST TIME. SHE WAS VERY POLITE AND GENEROUS. EVERYONE WAS VERY HELPFUL TO MY NEEDS.
Disliked: I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT ANYTHING. EVERYTHING WAS VERY WELL PUT TOGETHER FOR THE GUESTS. AND ANY ISSUE WAS IMMEDIATELY MET BY MAINTENANCE.
