Looks Are Deceiving

Liked: That we had shelter and the beds didn't give us bed bugs.
Disliked: Unable to take food to the room we paid for. No real breakfast options.The refrigerator didn't work for 3 days during our stay..then realized the knob wasn't connected inside.Either the rooms weren't very clean OR the amenities were very old and some were rusted

Disliked: Curtains were broken, had a funky smell. Outside trash was overflowing.

Liked: I picked this location because of the closeness to my early doctor appt location
Disliked: I'm leaving this review to warn others because I would want to be aware of this when choosing a place to stay. My husband and I stayed in room 409 and woke up around 1am to find bed begs crawling around us! First one was huge and I brushed it off my pillow into the bathtub because it initially caught me off guard and freaked me out. Went back and saw a smaller one crawling on the sheets were I was laying. Took 2 photos, immediately packed up our stuff, told the front desk and showed him the photos. He offered another room, but I declined because I wasn't taking a chance that other rooms might be infested. The front desk said he couldnt issue a refund, so emailed management asking for a refund but haven't gotten a reply back. We ended up sleeping in our vehicle for the remainder of the night.

Disliked: I had trash and I told the front desk to let housekeeper know I had trash outside the door and nobody never came to get it so I took it down myself
