Prices went up and quality...

Liked: The beds were made and the room temperature was perfect. The water got hot in the shower and the tv worked perfectly.
Disliked: Every time we’ve stayed in the city (at least 20 times), we’ve chosen this hotel. It used to be so amazing and it was in the perfect location. They no longer offer the rooms with the queen beds and pull out couch and we typically travel as a family of 5 (3 adults 2 kids) so those were perfect us. The price of the rooms went up significantly but the quality is worse than its been. The sheets had holes in them, the pillows were flat and the blankets were super thin. The pool hours changed as well as checkout going from noon to 11am. The pool area’s ceiling is caving in. Breakfast could’ve been better especially for the amount this hotel went up.

Need to solve serious bathroom...

Disliked: I fell in the bathtub which is as slippery as an ice ringUntil and if they resurface the bathtub not to be risky refrain from going there.The kindest comment on the toilet is hope they already replaced itThese comments of course pertain only to the room I had,
