Mconvenient location but mediocre room

Liked: It was very convenient in location for our purposes.
Disliked: It was very noisy with hallway noise (people doors slamming shut) and bumping in the very early morning. Rooms were not as clean as I remembered from my last stay at this location. Our shower head was a very cheap handicap handle head which did not stay up on the holder it was in. It was very difficult to shower in it.

Liked: Nothing. It smelled gross and was like a dungeon
Disliked: Staff was rude, we actually didn’t get to stay because they didn’t have a room that would accommodate us yet they already had my money

Liked: the jacuzzi in the room was the only good part
Disliked: they overcharged me and made me pay for it twice! once was a "hold" the other was payment which is absurd and priced way too high already. then the room was falling apart it was also dirty so there really wasn't anything good about it.

Mediocre at best. Definitely not...

Liked: Only positive is guybat front counter let me change rooms.
Disliked: Whole second floor and room 214 smelt like mold and was not very clean. Throat started getting scratchy from mold instantly. 514 wasn't as bad but still smelt mold. Air coming from both ac units smelt nasty. The thing in bottom of tub is peeling up, extreme lack of maintenance in both rooms and my friends room was the same way. Breakfast quality was poor.
