Always room for improvement but...

Liked: It was clean and the staff that assisted me was very polite
Disliked: I was on the second floor and the walking or stomping from the 3rd floor was out of control. I will request the 3rd floor if I revisit.

Disliked: I was bothered by old toothpaste and hair in the sink very minor no big deal just made me leary about cleanliness.

Enjoyed but stiff necks

Liked: The breakfast was very good. The beds were comfy. The place was clean.
Disliked: The pillows were awful. Both me and my husband had sore necks and we were there 2 nights. Also, there were 2 stink bugs in the 3rd floor hallway on the ceiling.

Friendly staff and nice clean...

Liked: The breakfast and the room was clean.
Disliked: Just a minor complaint but the shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom was very small.

What I wanted!

Liked: The staff was very nice and the beds were comfy
Disliked: My sink stopper was broke so it was stuck in the down position. I could’ve called the front desk and got it fixed I’m sure, but I didn’t want the hassle so my sink just slowly drained all weekend
