Disliked: The AC in my room did not work. At 845a there was no breakfast food left. Upon checking out I went to pour coffee and the container was empty

Liked: Location to OU campus. Quiet. Clean. Working refrigerator. Good AC
Disliked: Rooms look semi-updated with new carpet, paint, but 80's furniture that is in need of replacement. Barely any hot water in shower. No bath towels in room upon arrival. Bare, no decor or style. Dark, needs more lighting.

Disliked: Coffee shortage Swimming pool "closed for repairs" The bank of outlets on the desk didn't work, requiring one to unplug the coffee maker so as to use the desk lamp Remote control worked only at one particular angle

Disliked: The swimming pool was closed for repairs The outlet bank on the desk did not work requiring me to unplug the coffee maker in order to use the desk lamp The remote control seem to only work at one angle

Liked: The pool and the breakfast bar.
Disliked: I had no hot water this morning for about 2 hours. When they got it fixed ( a broken breaker switch or something), I got to breakfast 5 minutes late - No bacon - no coffee cups, no omelet bar. Just sorry sir - "It's after 9:30 - we're not allowed."

Liked: Quiet and good location.
Disliked: Luggage carts were not easy to handle. Staff was not friendly.
