Well organized hotel - avoid...

Liked: Well situated not too close to the noisy Main Street. Very friendly and helpful staff. Well equipped room.
Disliked: Showerhead was not fixed properly in the wall. Mattress of the sofa bed was quite thin and quite uncomfortable.

Liked: The location is a bit of a walk from where all of the action is located. The gym was not really a gym. If you advertise that you have a gym, please add some valuable equipment for people to use.

Liked: Great value for money, warm, genuine welcome from lovely staff at desk at all times who were super helpful during our visit. Plenty of breakfast and a short 10-15 mins walk to the Falls. Clean room and bathroom with tub as well as shower!

A FANTASTIC PLACE TO STAY

Liked: I am soon to be 68. This is one of the VERY BEST places I've ever stayed in. There was NOT ONE SINGLE THING WRONG. The value was fantastic, the staff was AMAZING, it's very, very clean. The morning breakfast was easily what you would get at a restaurant, the hours for the breakfast was long enough. The pool was clean, the towels were warm. I only wish we lived closer.

Disliked: Basic breakfastThe room was a little dated, the jacuzzi bath in the living quarters was very dated and unnecessary in general the rooms need upgrading, for a short stay its ok we where out most of the day and evening.
