Liked: It was close to the strip and staff was very nice !
Disliked: The duvet was very thin and ripped ,had to ask for a blanket,the pillows need replacing

Cleanliness needs improvement

Liked: Love location and breakfast included. Staff were friendly.
Disliked: Indian restaurant / bar has really loud music that bounces off the hotel and room could have been cleaner. Random long brown hairs found throughout the room was gross and bathroom floor was dirty, no daily service so tiny recycle and garbage was overflowing. Have been to this hotel several times and have never had cleanliness issues.

Exceptional

Liked: The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to provide some additional facilities that made our stay more enjoyable. The room normally wouldn't have a microwave in, but they made some exception for my family and I really appreciate the kind gesture.I also like the location, I'm always worried about a hotel that is directly opposite the streets as I have little ones. I like that this hotel is quietly tucked away.
