establishment ok, staff not so...

Liked: check out was horrible, waited an hour half to get deposit back. was very rude about getting it back
Disliked: hard to get service or towels, was there a little more than 2 weeks, and the place was good. The staff other than the night time white guy, were very abrupt to the point of being rude

Liked: cleanliness, night man that works the desk was amazing
Disliked: the people upstairs were way too noisy, the front desk really didn't do anything about it.

Bad

Liked: Nothing, never got to stay the night because booking.com didn't inform me about any deposit before I reserved it.
Disliked: It was my birthday and I couldn't stay in the room I reserved.

Very Mediocre Hotel that adds...

Liked: Easy access from the freeway and there was very ample parking. The rooms were large enough and there was quite a bit of food options in the area to drive to. It was easy to get to the convention center for work
Disliked: The hotel charges a $5 per night service fee that is completely undisclosed anywhere on Booking.com or on the hotel's website. When I requested that this be removed, the manager told me to take it up with Booking.com. Further, the breakfast was terrible with limited food options and those that were available were not good. Bathroom had low water pressure. This hotel very much seemed like they were cutting costs and raising fees.

Would recommend

Liked: Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. Love how quiet it is at night and clear. Close to lots of parks to walk and explore or kids to play.

Liked: Check out was the best experience.
Disliked: There was tape on the ceiling from paining in the bathroom, the bathroom didn’t have an exhaust fan, and the tub was stained. There was no soap for a shower and no shampoo in the container. Overall not a good experience and I will not be staying there again - overpriced - the check-in was not a great experience either (he was not friendly or welcoming).

The location and overall value...

Liked: The value
Disliked: The door was spring loaded and heavy to open and close. The bathroom door also was not aligned and the bathtub was dirty with grime may need to be replaced.
