Liked: Everything was amazing. The room was very clean and the king size bed was awesome. The breakfast was awesome. So many breakfast items to choose from. The hotel staff was so polite.
Disliked: Nothing.

Disliked: The room service was too eager to work on the room as it was not 11am yet they came in at 1030 then again at 1045 both times we was playing with our kids as we got things ready to leave

Liked: The location. It was very convenient to get around. Everything you need is right there.
Disliked: No one really pays attention in the pool room. Door was constantly propped open with towels. We were required to wear a wrist band but it seems we were the only ones. No one else in the pool or breakfast area seemed to have a bracelet

Probably won't ever stay again
Liked: Parking was pretty easy a lot of places to eat and shop near by.
Disliked: We went for a family function myself my husband and out 3 adult kids. My Son had to clean his own bathroom upon check in due to the bathroom being dirty and there was urine on the toilet seat. The garbage on the women's public bathroom was not changed the whole time we were there. The hotel itself looked like they barely vacuumed or cleaned the common areas or the pool area. Out key card wouldn't work to get in the pool area. One of the staff was very rude and had no customer service skills. The breakfast was Marginal at best. Loud kinda schetchy neighborhood. Would probably not stay again!
