Liked: Had to book because our previous hotel pool had broken. It was late at night and when I got to the hotel the lady behind the desk was arguing with guess that had just checked in. After checking in we asked about how late the pool was open? Midnight was my answer. After getting the children feed and ready to go swim for an hour or so we went down to the pool room where it was over full. The hot tub had a bunch of adults sitting on the edge of the hot tub, drinks in hand, children were in the hot tub as well. The pool was full of children and a few adults. People were screaming to the point you couldn't have a conversations with the person I was sitting next to. No clean towels were available. The children could hardly swim and we felt un safe with a 1 yr old in the pool with all the commotion going on in the pool. The desk lady had to come in a few times as their was arguments about two parties there were taking place in the pool area. People complained they couldn't swim because of all the commotion. When we complained the lady said it's open swim nothing she can do about it. Come to find out she kicked everyone out and locked the pool up at around 10pm. We were refunded $26 for the inconvenience. What a shame.

Overall a nice hotel.

Liked: The lady at the front desk in the evening was very nice and helpful.
Disliked: The ice machine on the first floor by the pool was not working.

Disliked: carpet seemed outdated.
