Standard fare for breakfast, beds...

Liked: Breakfast was your standard fare.. although I did like the face that you can make smaller waffles. Most of the staff were very pleasant with the exception of one of the night clerks, wish I had taken down everyone's name..
Disliked: My room had a few issues, fist the drawers to the dresser would not stay shut unless we put a washcloth in to hold them in place. I did text this issue the morning of our first day they said it would be dealt with shortly, sure it was an automated response because nothing was done. I use a can to walk, it was a tripping hazard. Asked for extra pillows the night of check in but were greeted with a rather rude clerk whom said there were no more and handed us a stack of towels to use. Not professional at all. The day clerk was very happy to accommodate us and we had them within 5 minutes! The bed was horrible... hard as a rock to sleep on and I woke up with a back ache despite trying many different sleeping positions. The TV channel list was not updated so we had to channel surf to find what we wanted. Even the one of the TV was wrong. Furniture really outdated as well. And I never received an email copy of my total bill when I used self checkout.
