Disliked: Carpets were disgusting but we were told they were all being replaced and that they had been cleaned but were stained One tv didn’t work so had to have someone fix it Workmen we’re tracking plaster dust everywhere Had a person next to us pounding on the wall for noise from the room above her

Liked: The guy at the desk brought my husband’s insulin over to airport that we left in refrigerator. We made our flight he was over to airport in 5 minutes. Don’t even think I thanked him because I was so distracted! But we made our flight!
