Not clean or restful

Liked: Not much really. The front desk person was nice, and overworked in my opinion.
Disliked: The breakfast was not very good, the waffles wouldn't cook all the way through, when the batter ran out the staff couldn't understand what was being told to them. the bread, and pastries were stale and the yogurt was expired. The night we checked in we went to a play. Upon returning from the play one of our room doors would not unlock. It took them over an hour and a half to get the room doorknob to open the door. We would have happily changed rooms however our luggage was locked in the room so we really needed to get into that room. The Sink faucet in another room was so wobbly we were worried it was going to fall off, the walls in all 4 rooms we rented were damaged in one way or another, there was staining on the curtains, spots on the bedding.... not what I expected from a Country Inn. They had a reputation of being a good, clean hotel... this one DID NOT meet that reputation.

Liked: Good value and front desk staff were nice. The room was big at a decent price
Disliked: Our room was on the side with the freeway so was loud traffic at night. Windows were thin so could hear everything. Breakfast wasn’t that good.

For the price it is...

Liked: Location with attached bar and resturant.
Disliked: Facility needs updating, not very clean and shower head comes out of ceiling not the wall. Carpet is old and worn.

Liked: Breakfast was great, liked the cookies at front desk
Disliked: pools/hot tubs were either not working, or poorly lit, no towels

Disappointing and over priced for...

Liked: the road noise wasnt as bad as I thought it would be
Disliked: the location of the breakfast was convenient, but everything was sloppy. there was no logical order to anything, the food did not look appetizing at all. I took a yogurt, i didnt go the next day. there was no one cleaning the spills, and I watched a kitchen staff person add eggs to old crusty eggs, drop some on the counter, scope up with his hand and never came back to wipe the mess. the chair in my room was so worn that when I got up there were pieces of fabric stuck to me. nothing looked clean in the hallways

It served its purpose. Economy...

Liked: Look. No one stays here for a five star vacation. It's a place to sleep. In that regard, it was fine place to sleep.
Disliked: Facilities show wear. Our shower head was obviously a replacement and not the original "rain shower" head but instead a cheap version not intended for such a design. It felt like showering under a burst water pipe. When our keycard did not work, your staff member re-coded it without asking for any kind of identification. Only asked for room number. Anyone could have said our room number and gotten into our room. A serious security violation that needs to be addressed.
