The door that wouldn't latch...

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were pleasant.
Disliked: The room I was assigned was dirty, so I had to go back to the desk and get a new room. The new room was great, except the door would not latch shut. I had to engage the dead bolt to lock the room. If I left, all someone had to do was push the door open. (Room 340). Also I asked for a couple towels and they did not bring them.

Liked: Overall it was a good stay and we would come again, but not for several days.
Disliked: The Breakfast room for the offered breakfast was horrible. It always looked like you shouldn´t sit there :-( Every morning all chairs were up and you had to put them down to sit down. It was dirty and none of the TVs were on or working.

Disliked: Seems like a renovation started but never finished. One color paint swiped across the wall that didn’t match. Hole in bathroom door that wasn’t fixed. Water stains on ceiling and walls.

Disliked: This hotel needs a remodel! Entry and rooms are worn out. Dining area is uncomfortable and dark.

Disliked: The room was dated and needed new carpet. The pool needed repair. The bedding sheets were being dried on the dumpsters outside , I guess the drier was broken.
