Liked: Entering was cute but strange inside stairs looked like I was walking into someone’s house
Disliked: There was smell of chlorine and sour rotten wood in the lobby and then in my room

Liked: . The staff and room
Disliked: I would like to see them get better pillows. The two pillows together went flat when we lay down. We both found it difficult to sleep during the night due to the pillows. I would like a better selection of the breakfast menu. The yogurt in the refrigerator was barely cold. The fruit did not look fresh.

Friendly staff, but old musty...

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The overall appearance is clean..... They offer breakfast. The location is great for the Hospital across the street, especially for middle of the night emergencies. I had not been in the area in the last 4 years and did not realize there were some newer options
Disliked: It's the building itself that is the problem. It is so old and musty/mold smelling. When we got home I had to air out our suitcases for a few days. We had to wash even our hairbrushes that took on that horrible smell. My allergies have been horrible as well.
