Liked: Very clean, comfortable beds, parking included, above average breakfast.
Disliked: The staff. Not that they were rude, but I have definitely felt like they don't like customers. Especially the lady supervising the breakfast.

Great Stay for a Great...

Liked: The staff was very helpful and considerate to the wait on our rooms. Due to it being Valentine’s Day weekend the cleaning staff were running a little behind on rooms being ready, but the front desk was very nice and considerate about that process.

Did not meet my expectations.

Disliked: The room I selected was not available when I arrived. My wife and I had to stay in a smelly room with two twin beds instead of the queen bed I selected.

Nice Stay

Liked: The location is near New Orleans, less than 10 minutes from the French Quarter. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was yummy.
Disliked: I did not like the smell of storm water from the air heating unit. However, the staff tried their best to rid the smell. Got better. Also a better description of the accommodations: suites versus hotel rooms during booking. I thought I booked a hotel room in the main building. Instead a suite in a separate building.
