Relaxing Stay

Liked: The staff was very pleasant n helpful. Outside pool area very nice. Shuttle service was very nice. Beds definitely comfortable n pillows.
Disliked: The lights n room kept coming on during night. The TV were to small for when lying n bed you couldn't see it if your laying down definitely to small. Toilet seat was coming off n we had to call maintenance couldn't get TV to work took him a bit to fix but very friendly. Was a little pricey.

Wouldn’t stay in this particular...

Liked: Location
Disliked: Other guests were loud and horrible. Would not stay here again knowing this is where little league baseball is hosted. Kids up screaming and running the halls at 11 pm, entitled parents pushing their way through the free breakfast area.

Disliked: We had a room that wasn't updated yet. Old smelly disrepair. Mildew in bathroom. Horrible pull out couch

Disappointing

Liked: The staff are extremely nice and helpful
Disliked: The condition of the facilities themselves are run down and in poor repair.The wifi was barley functional.

Unclean and unresponsive

Disliked: Our room was not clean. There were dirty towels in the bathroom, molding berries in the sink, trash and food under the sink, trash and food on the floor, and they said that they would do room service every third day, but we came on Tuesday and left Sunday, and no one touched the room. And though I reached out to them, no one ever responded. I will never stay at a Radisson again
