Liked: Staff was receptive to my needs. Good location.
Disliked: Needs updates and renovation. Had to get our king suite room switched due to thermostat not working, then our second room microwave didn’t work. Staff fixed the problems promptly. The entire interior property needs fresh new paint (leaking ceiling and peeling paint) deep cleaning of the common areas and our room, furniture fixed (chair in the room was ripped, remote chewed on by a dog) and a repaint of the room. I expected better quality when paying $150 for one night.

Disliked: used bar of soap in the shower, blood on a towel. towels were dingy looking. cheaply made. mold on showe floor. one lady showed us a cockroach on their wall.

Disliked: it was absolutely filthy . i felt so gross going to sleep

Liked: The location was okay.
Disliked: The facility smelled like urine and pets on our floor. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable. The shower head was not good we had to stand directly under it to take a shower. The refrigerator had a annoying ticking sound coming from it. One of the chairs had pet hair on it.
