Disliked: hot tub not working and no heat in the first room we got put in

Liked: Location was good, room was clean and very spacious. The hot tub was working!
Disliked: The pool wasn’t working which stinks when we had a couple kids come to visit to use it but the hot tub was running.

Disliked: crappy staff- upon arrival pool not working-the whole reason was swimming with grand kids I actually live in mason citystaff could not have been worse.

Great place, close to everything...

Liked: The room is as clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was very quiet even though it was a basket ball weekend and there were a lot of teams staying there. The service was great as well.
Disliked: The breakfast was ok. Not fantastic as some of the comments that I read before staying. The coffee was very good!!

Liked: Everything was very clean and the breakfast had many great selections.
Disliked: It would be nice to occasionally see bacon in the breakfast choices. It's always sausage patties and when you don't like it you get frustrated.
