Disliked: Can’t breathe in the pool room, the room needs ventilation or something. We come 3-4 weekends for wrestling and it makes it hard to let kids swim with how foggy and strong the room is

Do NOT recommend this hotel!

Liked: Room was clean, breakfast was ok but they didn't refill empty items.
Disliked: Whatever they use to clean the bedding, made our skin burn and itch horribly. We thought it was bugs but we checked thoroughly. We were there for a high school wrestling tournament and all of the parents stayed in the same hotel and had the same issue with the sheets. We had to sleep in long pants and shirts with the hood up to avoid itching. The mattresses were terribly hard and uncomfortable. Like sleeping on wood. We almost slept in the car. Several of the bulbs were broken in our room and we had almost no lighting. We used our phone flashlights to pack in the morning because it was still dark outside.We were also all hanging out as a large group by the fireplace in the front entry area. There is a sitting area there with a fire and the woman behind the counter told us we needed to leave before people complained about the noise. We were not loud at all, just several wrestling parents and refs from surrounding areas networking and mingling. This hotel is in a very small area and is only busy during this particular tournament weekend. She was extremely rude and had no reason to remove us. We even offered to pay to rent the dining area (even though the heat was broken in there), but she said No and that was only for daytime. This was about 11pm. We will certainly NEVER be back and would NOT recommend this hotel. We booked 2 rooms and definitely regret choosing this place.

Not the worst but not...

Liked: Room was good and clean. Convenience of parking was good. Nice lobby.
Disliked: It’s another Indian ran hotel so it’s what you’d expect from them. Breakfast items were cold. The biscuits seemed like they came straight out of the fridge, which they probably did. They certainly were not fresh baked. Pool water certainly could have been warmer. The plumbing from room above really rattled the pipes which was right by our bed, so each time they flushed, ran shower or sink, the pipes rattled loudly and would wake you up. The window was shattered but still intact. The dinning area was really cold yet the weather was mild outside.

We will stay again.

Liked: Nice hotel, we liked the location and the atmosphere.
Disliked: Pool water was too cold and room 125 the heat wouldn’t work so it was cold. We had to open out conjoining room doors to help heat the other room.
