Liked: Breakfast was good. Room was clean and adequate.
Disliked: Disappointed when a clogged toilet was not addressed after reporting it to the front desk in the morning. I thought in the 6-7 hours I was out it would have been fixed. Apparently, there is no maintenance there on Saturdays? I find that strange when things like this happen 7 days a week.

Not what I expected for...

Liked: Location was good. Breakfast was good as well. Front desk personnel was very helpful when we encountered problems,
Disliked: We were not aware that this was a pet-friendly hotel. The first room we were given was not clean. There was a large smeared area on the floor and what looked like animal feces by the tub in the bathroom. The room had a funky odor as well. We were moved to the third floor and the room was much better. The girl at the front desk was very helpful.

Liked: only booked this hotel because they had breakfast available and a pool. called to confirm both before booking. when we arrived we discovered the pool was closed… went to eat breakfast the next morning and the food was cold and just tasted so old. our toilet overflowed multiple times and one of the towels in our bathroom were dirty when we unfolded it to use it. overall wasn’t a pleasant weekend as planned. definitely not worth the price in my opinion
