Beautiful hotel. Will absolutely stay again!

Liked: The rooms were beautiful, clean and large. Breakfast was wonderful.
Disliked: I wasn't really too disappointed, however the pool could have been a little warmer and hot tub hotter. I stayed in the hot tub with my 3 year old because it was luke warm and should have been the temperature of the pool, even after being out in the 90 degrees all day.

Good place and good location

Liked: I had booked the wrong weekend by mistake. They were gracious and changed it to the correct weekend without penalty.
Disliked: The bed was not very comfortable. There were toenails on the floor by the bed in one of our rooms.

Liked: The property was right off the highway and easy to get to. It had plenty of parking and cookies, fruit, and coffee inside the lobby for the customers when they arrived. There was a pool and hot tub. The room was nice with the refrigerator andmicrowave.. The bed was OK and a little bouncy.
Disliked: The hotel was nice enough to give us a late check out at 1 o’clock, but the housekeeping staff still knocked on the door, despite having the do not disturb sign up. We still had an hour before our checkout time. The communication must not have went through like it should’ve and had they walked in. They would’ve caught us with no clothes on.
