Liked: I've stay there many times and was very happy . The location is very good.and I still think it was lovely even before the renovation
Disliked: They were updating the and there was construction going on so the didn't have all the staff working.The room was not as clean as all my stays before.I understand that this was necessary and my only?complain was I wish we had been informed.The staff is wonderful and by no means do I think they were responsible.I will stay there anytime I need to be in that area.

Disliked: Room was not clean. Hair in tub, smelled like wet dog and the couch in the room was visibly unclean.

Pleasant

Liked: Used to be a very nice hotel but would need some love now. Bed was still comfortable.Breakfast has long hours (until 11 AM) and was fine.
Disliked: Pool and spa were closed during all of your stay.Bathroom looked worn out.Booking messed up and I didn't get the room upgrade I had booked.

Disliked: This hotel was specifically chosen because it had a pool and game room. We were traveling with family and friends for a hockey tournament. When we arrived at the hotel only to find out the pool/game room were closed due to renovations, needless to say we were not pleased. This was not mentioned on the website.Also, when traveling one of the main priorities would be comfort as you are not sleeping in your own bed, however the mattresses were not comfortable to say the least.
