Liked: The breakfast was okay
Disliked: The rooms were so cold and the heater did not work. The bathroom had not been clean and one of the beds had a dirty sock in the sheets which tells me the bedding had not been changed from the previous guest.Our check out was at 12pm and at 8 am while I was in the shower with the do not disturb sign on housekeeping just walked in my room. Then sat outside my door with her cart wanting us to leave. After telling her we would check out at our scheduled time at noon she left only to come back every 30 mins until we left. I will never stay her again. I paid money to stay until noon and to have someone continue to just walk in your room without knocking is not an experience I want again. It definitely felt like they want you in and out!

Liked: Location is great.
Disliked: Housekeeping policy is that they will service your room every third day. In actual practice, they didn't appear until we'd been their four days, so they only came in once during an 8-day stay. We two people staying in the room, the tiny wastebaskets filled up within a day. The few towels provided weren't refreshed, and we quickly ran out of toilet paper.

Disliked: Had to wait a long time for staff to come to counter to check in. Also, they decided to do a chemical treatment to the hot tub in the early afternoon, so the hot tub wasn't ready to use until 10 pm.
