I must say my stay was great. A clean fresh smelling room. Nice bathroom. I enjoyed the good breakfast and everyone was nice. I would definitely stay again.
Liked: Everything was good.
Disliked: Nothing was bad.

Beds where not comfortable, bathroom...
Liked: The breakfast area was well taking care of.
Disliked: The rooms were not clean. Hair was all over the bathroom floor in one of our rooms and the second room there was two little cockroaches crawling. The beds were uncomfortable, hard. I sent email to management and never heard anything back.

Overall it was a good...
Liked: Breakfast was great. Front desk was also great. Convenient location to restaurants.
Disliked: The train that passed through several times a night and some concern around cleanliness.

Very good
Liked: The location was great and just a short drive from Mercer University. The room was a good size.
Disliked: The room smelled a little musty upon entry. It is probably because there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. We could have used larger pillows on the king size bed.

Horrible. Awful. Never again! It...
Liked: The staff was kind and polite.
Disliked: I don't know where to start! If I could give a 0/10 I would. The staff was amazing, but holy moly! We chose the "pay when we get there" option, but after we got there we were told that our card was already charged. We were later told by our bank that it was charged 9 hours prior to the time we told them we'd be there. Upon entering the elevator, there was an immediate vomit, musty, smoky smell. I wish it was only the elevator, but the smell was the entire hallway and our room. In our room, we immediately saw BUGS! There was a bug on the bathroom floor, a bug crawling up the wall, etc. 2nd floor. The room smelled so old and like there was so much water damage, mold, etc hidden somewhere. The batbroom smelled like complete vomit. We immediately left! We were told we would have to call the manager in the morning. These next day we called THREE times and, of course, the manager "wasn't in" any of those times, after we were told that he would be in at 6 am. Even though there was a no cancelation notice, I was NOT giving in that easily. I ended up calling my bank after many times of failing to reach the manager about a refund. The bank even said sounds like such a scam of a hotel and the fact that there is a no cancelation policy AND they charged us way before we got there even after we chose the "pay when we get there" option was sketchy! They agreed that the hotel knew what they were doing to be sketchy and knew the room wasn't up to par/standard. We got our money back eventually after filing with the bank!The night we did get there and left immediately, another couple was in the lobby and overheard us. They told us they asked for a different room because theirs was awful too!!!!! They said their new room wasn't much better!DON'T STAY HERE! We literally threw away the blankets and stuff we took in with us and the clothes we had on are still bagged up!
