Disappointing

Liked: Hotel was clean, and staff was nice.
Disliked: Extremely loud guests running up and down the halls, slamming doors, screaming.

Everything was ok except for...

Liked: Bed was very comfortable
Disliked: The carpet upstairs needed to be cleaner and vacuumed

Could have been better.

Liked: The location met my expectations and so did the breakfast. The breakfast attendant was very nice and helpful cause i had a little one with me. Some of the staff members were rude and I feel like i was being discriminated against.
Disliked: I didn’t like how the staff treated my children. I didn’t like the smart comments that were made while my children were in the pool. They were not disrespectful in any way.

Liked: The staff were so helpful and friendly. Great stay.

Disliked: Strong popourri smell in room made me sneeze a lot. It was not a bad smell just really strong.
