Was ok for an overnight...

Very good

Liked: Clean room. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Strong popourri smell in room made me sneeze a lot. It was not a bad smell just really strong.

Not what we expected we’ve...

Liked: Close to where we needed to be Cleveland Clinic
Disliked: Dirty there were stains all over the carpet, black stuff that my husband tracked all over the floor in the room got tracked all over the floor in the bathroom. My husband said that it was dirty. Everything was dirty.

Disliked: Bathroom floor was VERY sticky. Toilet was dirty. Staff was living in one of the rooms and had a toddler going up and down the hall on a ride on toy. Hallways reeked of Marijuana smoke.

I wouldn't choose this particular...

Liked: I chose not to eat breakfast once I looked in the warming pots where they kept the sausage and scrambled eggs. Did not look fresh at all. Sausage looked like it had been boiled and days old. Scrambled eggs looked uncooked.
Disliked: When I checked in at 3pm my rooms were not ready. I opened the door and looked in and nothing had been done. They told me to wait and they would get to it. Less than 10 minutes later they said it was done. I don't think that was even enough time to change the sheets. I believe they just remade the bed. Yuck.

Very dirty and unprofessional

Liked: Location was good
Disliked: The first room they game us #103 had a huge sticky stain on the carpet just inside the door. The bathroom floor was sticky. Totally unacceptable. The front desk person gave us another room. The toilet in this room was very disgusting and dirty inside and out. The front door was not in use due to some construction. The back doors were unlocked and open with no security all evening and nigh. At this point it was late and all the other hotels in the area were booked.We have stayed at Country Inn and Suites many times in the past. This was not acceptable.
