Disliked: I stayed at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Lumberton, NC, and it was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The condition of the room was appalling. The chairs were old, torn, and completely unusable—you literally couldn't even sit on them. The refrigerator was filthy with black ice buildup everywhere, and the carpet had dirty, stained spots throughout the room.Despite the high cost, the quality didn’t come close to what you'd expect from a Radisson property. It felt more like a rundown roadside motel, and even that’s being generous. The staff was incredibly rude. I arrived at 10 PM and asked to switch rooms due to the condition of mine. The front desk told me there were no rooms available, but I could clearly see rooms listed as available online at that very moment. When I asked for a refund, they told me I'd have to leave the hotel and find another place before they'd even consider it.The way they handled everything was unprofessional and disrespectful. I also reported my concerns to management, and unsurprisingly, nothing was done—no follow-up, no apology, no resolution.I would never recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and stay literally anywhere else. Even budget motels offer better cleanliness, service, and honesty.
