Very poor

Disliked: The hallway noise was really loud and the men we out smoking cigarettes and marijuana in the hall.

The front desk told me...

Liked: New OWNERS and this is not listed anywhere. Absolutely Nothing. I’m very disappointed I will now have to find a different hotel to stay in when I come to NC to visit my family.
Disliked: Property has NEW OWNERS. I stay at this hotel everytime I visit my family in NC over the last 10 years. 2022 I stayed for 9 nights. The new owners have let this hotel go down. It’s dirty, roaches were in the rooms, 1 room the air conditioning did not work. The bathroom showers all the paint is peeling off inside the showers, sheets and comforters had stains on them. Carpets are filthy.

Disliked: The tv didn’t work in the first room and the woman at the desk resolved the problem without any hesitation

Disliked: It’s was disgusting the bed was broken there where stains all over the floor it definitely wasn’t clean the bathtub was peeling paint over all wouldn’t stay again.
